On October 28, Michelle Pfeiffer and her husband David E. Kelley gathered with friends at HANGAR:8 in Santa Monica, for Elyse Walker's 8th Annual Pink Party. The event, which included a one-of-a-kind fashion show displaying Fall 2012 and even Spring 2013 looks from lauded designers like Barbara Bui, Brunello Cucinelli, J.Mendel, Stella McCartney, and Valentino, raised over $1.6 million for the Cedars-Sinai Women’s Cancer Program at the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute.

Celebrity guests like Leslie Mann, Judd Apatow, Marcia Cross, Olivia Munn, Katie McGrath, JJ Abrams, Maria Menounos, and Michael Chiklis, to name a few, joined designers Ken Kaufman, Isaac Franco, and Nicholas Kirkwood in the sleek space, which featured lounge décor in a black and white color scheme. The evening included passed hors d’oeuvres paired with an exclusive specialty cocktail—a pink grapefruit mojito with vodka, grapefruit liqueur, fresh lime and pink grapefruit juice, muddled fresh mint, simple syrup, and sparkling water, garnished with a mint sprig.

A live auction followed, hosted by NCIS star Michael Weatherly, and comprised incredible items like a one-year lease on a 2013 Porsche Panamera Hybrid courtesy of The Auto Gallery, a five-night stay in Casa Oliver, an exclusive property in Los Cabos, and gift certificates to LA’s top restaurants. A silent auction went on throughout the evening featuring incredible items like a pink Alexander McQueen skull box clutch, a striking red Lanvin purse, and a python print Gucci tote.

Guests took home a luxury gift bag including perfumes by Balenciaga and Chloé, a cookbook by Giada De Laurentis, gift certificates to SoulCycle and Blushington, Smashbox eye makeup, and much more. Exclusive items made for the event by Chloé, J Brand, Havaiana, and Pamela Love are available for sale at forwardbyelysewalker.com and at Elyse Walker in Pacific Palisades (310-230-8882), with a portion of the sales also benefiting the Cedars Sinai Women’s Cancer Program.
