New York’s Dream Hotel is moving west to the other city that never sleeps: Hollywood!
The Dream Hotel, on one of Hollywood’s buzziest corners.
This Spring, Dream Hotel Group is expanding to Los Angeles with its first West Coast location in the heart of Hollywood. With a focus on all things LA, the sleek, spotlight-loving hotel will be a sprawling 11,000-square-foot property on the paparazzi-loving corner of Selma Avenue and Cahuenga Boulevard. “Hollywood is going through a major resurgence right now, and we want to be the anchor of all of it,” says Dream Hollywood’s General Manager, Ayo Akinsete. Paying homage to the Hollywood Hills and LA’s outdoor culture, each of the hotel’s 179 rooms (including the “Guest House” Presidential Suite) features oversize rounded windows and the use of reclaimed wood, bronze finishes, and abstract wallpaper depicting iconic LA images, such as traffic on the 101 and topography of the city as shot from space. The property will also showcase a public alleyway meant for locals and visitors alike, plus a 12,000-square-foot rooftop deck with a pool, lounge, and restaurant set against the Hollywood backdrop.
