“Transmission LA: AV Club” Art Show

Mixing his passion for music and art, Beastie Boys’ Mike D curated The Avant/Garde Diaries’ “Transmission LA: AV Club” exhibit to be displayed at the MOCA. Throughout its 17-day stay at the museum's Geffen Contemporary, the show will examine the relationship between audio and visual art forms through exhibitions, concerts, DJ nights, performances, and special installations. Featured artists include Roy Choi, Peter Coffin, Jim Drain, Benjamin Jones, and Tom Sachs. Sponsor Mercedes-Benz will also debut its new Concept Style Coupé at the exhibit. 250 S. Tadasana Festival of Yoga & Music

In celebration of Earth Day weekend, the Tadasana yoga and music festival will feature 60 of the world's top yoga instructors, 32 musical acts, an organic food court, and an eco-village of over 70 booths.
