Summer Pasta Tasting Menu at Wood & Vine

On July 25 (8 PM), Wood & Vine executive chef Gavin Mills cooks up a comforting pasta dinner made with fresh summer ingredients. Touted as a summer pasta tasting menu, Mills has crafted a five-course, prix-fixe menu ($48) served for one night only in the restaurant's elegant dining lounge and breezy backyard patio.
Wood & Vine’s setting in the historic Taft Building provides a lovely backdrop to indulge in dishes like Bucatini covered with heirloom tomato sauces, olives, and capers; corn agnolotti served with cilantro salad; market asparagus cannelloni smothered in truffle butter sauce; and potato gnocchi with confit pork belly and arugula.
