FIG’s Farm Dinner Series partners with Harry’s Berries of Oxnard for a one-night-only specialty menu on July 11. Created by FIG chef Ray Garcia as a way to incorporate a variety of local farmers and growers, the program offers four themed dinners per year.
For this installment, Garcia will prepare inventive dishes using Harry’s Berries organic fruits and vegetables as ingredients.
