Learn how to enjoy the flavors of summer year-round at Cecconi’s Sauce and Jam Cooking Class on Monday, July 23 (6-8 PM). The tasting dinner/preserving tutorial will teach techniques like making sauce out of fresh tomatoes and how to create juicy jam preserves from stone fruits and berries, before guests sit down to sample the finished dishes.
