Delicious New Dining Packages at Hotel Bel-Air

The Hotel Bel-Air just got better with brand-new, delicously indulgent dining packages from chef Wolfgang Puck.
Boost your breakfast routine with the “Breakfast Escape,” an in-room a.m. meal comprised of Champagne, caviar and morning pastries. Standouts include Osetra caviar served with toasted brioche and crème fraîche; an onsen egg with soft Parmesan polenta and black truffle mascarpone emulsion; and seacrest strawberries with warm vahlrona chocolate ganache. $130 per person; substitute Henriot "Souverain" Brut Champagne for $175. Must order the evening before.
If you’re not one to wake up early, the hotel’s “Bel-Air Basket” is perfect for lounging by the hotel’s picturesque Swan Lake. Puck created the new gourmet picnic basket to include dozens of a la carte items like grilled chicken santorini salad; a burrata and prosciutto di parma sandwich; a selection of artisanal cheeses and assorted charcuterie; house-made soft Bavarian pretzels; and classic cupcakes. Blanket, thermos and wine glasses are included for the ultimate outdoor meal. An 18-hour advance notice is required for a three-course basket starting at $60 per person; $250 refundable security fee for a to-go basket off the premises.
