What’s not to love about St. Barths? It is absolutely beautiful and one of the most pristine islands I have ever been to. I have been traveling to St. Barths with my family for the past 10 years, and while we often prefer to experience new places, this is one place that has quickly become a family tradition. St. Barths is particularly inspirational to me because it feels like a home away from home. It boasts beautiful weather like LA, but also feels totally removed from the daily grind of life. I feel lighter when I’m there, more present, and am always grateful for the opportunity to witness such beauty.
My St. Barths style evolves every year. While there are couture shops lining the street in Gustavia, I prefer to explore the local boutiques in St. Jean and at the various hotels. There is always a beautiful new bathing suit, caftan, hat, or pair of sandals to be had. In many respects, the Angeleno is the St. Barths person: They share an appreciation for beauty, sunshine, and warmth; can be both laid-back and stylish; and love great food and wine.
