7 A.M.
Wake up at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, where I always stay when I’m in LA. Walk across the road to get a coffee at Starbucks.

7:30 A.M.
Back to The Peninsula to get dressed. Throw on a Rick Owens dress, flat gladiator Jimmy Choo sandals from the spring 2010 collection and my Jimmy Choo black fringed Tatum bag.

8:30 A.M.
Head to The Peninsula roof terrace for breakfast with my seven-year-old daughter, Minty. I have an egg-white omelet, and Minty has pancakes.

9:30 A.M.
Minty’s dad, who lives in Malibu, picks her up at the hotel so they can spend the day together.

10 A.M.
Make some calls at the hotel. Because of the time change, I call the London design office first to talk about upcoming collections. I then call the New York office to go over my schedule. 1

1:45 A.M.
My driver picks me up, and I head to The Ivy for lunch with a stylist.

NOON
At The Ivy, I enjoy the chopped salad while the stylist and I discuss the latest Jimmy Choo collections and how they can work for her clients’ upcoming appearances, junkets and editorial shoots.

1:15 P.M.
Make a trip to Decades. I love shopping the vintage stores in LA for inspiration, and I combine it with some personal shopping as well. I buy a 1980s Versace black lace, snake cocktail dress. I am going to change the proportions slightly to update the look.

2 P.M.
Head to The Way We Wore for more vintage shopping. Afterward I visit the flea market on Fairfax. I find a 1920s lace dress and vintage sunglasses from the ’60s.

3 P.M.
Drop by the Fahey/Klein Gallery. Photography is an interest of mine, so I enjoy finding out which photographers are currently being exhibited and seeing if there is anything I want to buy for my home in New York.

4 P.M.
Stop by the LA showroom/ office in Beverly Hills to check in with my PR team and get an update on which celebrities are wearing what, which stylists are calling for clients and to discuss any upcoming events.

5 P.M.
It’s off to The Polo Lounge for a meeting with a publicist. In the car, I change my shoes to a pair from my new Choo 24:7 collection. I choose the Glenys style in black leather to make my outfit just a little dressier.

5:15 P.M.
Arrive at The Beverly Hills Hotel for my meeting. The publicist and I discuss a lunch I’m organizing for customers, industry people and friends to promote a new Jimmy Choo launch.

6:15 P.M.
Back to the hotel for a workout and to spend time with Minty, who has returned from her day at the beach with her dad.

7:30 P.M.
I get ready for dinner by throwing on an Yves Saint Laurent jumpsuit and another pair of shoes from the Choo 24:7 collection—the Private style in black patent leather. I grab a Jimmy Choo Brix clutch in white to add a pop of something to my all-black outfit.

8 P.M.
Kiss Minty goodbye and leave for dinner. She and the nanny are going to have dinner in the room and watch a movie.

8:15 P.M.
Meet friends at Mr. Chow. We catch up over the delicious chicken lettuce wraps and sea bass.
