Adriana Lima, Ambrosio and Miranda Kerr at a Victoria’s Secret event

4:50 AM I wake up in my home on the Westside, brush my teeth, kiss my fiancé, Jamie, and three-year-old daughter, Anja, good-bye and sneak out the door for a long day of shooting.

6 AM Arrive at Smashbox studios in West Hollywood for a Victoria’s Secret shoot and grab some breakfast from the catering table. I go for a cup of coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon and an English muffin.

6:25 AM Settle into the hair and makeup chair. Am now in the hands of the very talented Frankie Foye for my hair and the equally gifted Beau Nelson for makeup. I shut my eyes for a few extra minutes of sleep, but when that doesn’t work I check e-mails on my phone.

7:45 AM Change into my first look of the day and head on to the set with photographer Russell James. Once we get the shot, I change into a different look and get hair and makeup touched up before heading out for more photos.

10 AM Take a break to call Anja to say good morning. She is mad I’m not around to play this morning so I promise to take her for frozen yogurt after she has her dinner.

10:30 AM I sit with Russell and have a midmorning snack of oatmeal and more coffee while we look through the shots so far. We are pleased with what we have but still have many more swimsuits to photograph so I get changed and touched up.

11 AM Back on the set for more shooting.

1 PM Lunch break with the Victoria’s Secret Angels. Even though these days are long, I love the downtime I get on set with Adriana Lima, Miranda Kerr and the rest of the girls. We all sit around eating big salads or sandwiches and iced tea. It’s always fun—we laugh a lot and talk about our babies.

2:30 PM Change into the last look of the day.

3:45 PM Afterward, I sit down for an E! News interview with Adriana, Miranda, Candice [Swanepoel] and Erin [Heatherton]. We all talk about what makes us feel sexy in the fall months. I say it’s sitting by a roaring fire with my fiancé.

5 PM Finally head home after a long day. I feed Anja dinner and then take her for the Pinkberry I promised her this morning.

6:45 PM It’s back home to relax for awhile with Anja and get her cleaned up before bedtime. I set her up with a movie while I get ready for my own dinner.

8 PM Kiss Anja good night and tuck her into bed. I make sure the sitter is all set, then Jamie and I head to Katsuya with a few friends for some adult fun and delicious sushi. I have a weakness for Japanese food, and this is one of my favorite spots to eat in LA.

10 PM Head home for the night. I’m exhausted from a long day and ready to climb into bed.
