As for chow, patrons can summon in-flat dining from Katsuya, or they can check out the hotel’s restaurant, Cleo, which serves up executive chef Daniel Elmaleh’s modern take on eastern Mediterranean dishes. 

The Redbury and Cleo are the latest entries under the banner of SBE, Nazarian’s hospitality, real estate and lifestyle company. The tireless businessman has already been busy discussing potential extensions of the hotel’s brand in New York City, Washington, DC, and elsewhere. Nazarian predicts his funky new crash pads will be a smash with a vast array of clients “who can’t believe you can get an 800-square-foot room for only $299.”
