Fashion stylist Sandy Ackerman, beauty specialist Tristina Bailey and entertainment exec Ronnie Shapiro have combined their expertise to start Sense & Order, a home-and-lifestyleorganizing company launched last spring. “Our goal is to make things simple and help you maintain a lifestyle that puts the ‘you’ back into you,” says Shapiro. Here she gives us a sense of how this trifecta can simplify and organize even the most chaotic life.
LOS ANGELES CONFIDENTIAL: What inspired you three to start Sense & Order?
RONNIE SHAPIRO: Many people in our lives asked how we had successful careers and accomplished so much and still had time for ourselves and our families. They noticed we were able to multitask and wanted to know how we did it. We realized helping people create a lifestyle-organization plan gives them the tools to make their lives more productive, which in turn makes them more successful.
LAC: What services do you offer your clients?
RS: We offer home organization, lifestylemanagement and concierge services. We’ve done everything from cataloguing photos from a family’s lineage dating back to the 1800s to managing cross-country moves—including handling the real estate, interior design, wardrobe consultation and finding schools for the family’s children. We can do anything.
LAC: What makes Sense & Order different from other organizational services?
RS: Most services just organize clients’ homes and offices. We work on a retainer basis, so our clients can come to us with whatever they need help with and know we’re available at all times. Visit senseandorder.com.
