Craft uses the freshest local ingredients in dishes like the avocado-tomatillo salad
Although superstar chef Tom Colicchio opened his first Craft restaurant in New York in 2001, Craft Los Angeles has become a decidedly LA institution thanks to its position as the watering hole of choice for Century City’s many überagents and its driving concept of sourcing the best local ingredients for an ever-changing menu of creative cuisine. (Interesting side note: It was actually Creative Artists Agency (CAA) partner and managing director Bryan Lourd who approached Colicchio about opening a restaurant on the same property as CAA’s headquarters.)
