Chef Suzanne Goin and Sommelier Caroline Styne are hosting Lucques’ 10th Annual Cassoulet Night, featuring the classic Southern French dish of slow cooked meat and beans. The three-course menu, priced at $55, includes a blue cheese and walnut salad, a house cassoulet with duck confit, garlic sausage and white beans, and an almond cake with roasted apples.
